Hello and welcome to my little corner of the web! I am Marybeth, Bridal hair specialist and owner of Lilia Rose bridal hair.

I am based in Wiltshire, but I cover all the South West, Bath, Bristol, Cotswolds, Somerset and beyond. My experience with years working in the hairdressing, beauty and wedding industry, allows me the advantage to do any style you have for your bridal hair vision. From modern, bo-ho, chic, to timeless, sleek or classic, I have you covered. I swoon over a smooth Hollywood wave, and I am super happy creating a textured loose airy style too.

Why I do what I do ...

Handing over your bridal hairstyle into someone else's hands, on one of the most important days of your life when you want to feel your very best, can be overwhelming. I make it my priority to give you lasting memories of feeling absolutely beautiful, not only with the bridal hair of your dreams, but with the stress-free, relaxed experience of having me there on your special day. I love this job, and I class it as a true honour to be booked so far in advance and to attend so many wedding mornings. Wedding days can be the happiest day of a person's life so, what can be better than witnessing that lovely joy over and over and for work ... which is why I love what I do.

How I started my journey ...

I became qualified in hairdressing, beauty, make up and holistic therapy with my private training being held at the renowned London Hair Academy, Marvell Hair Academy and reputable Helen McGuinness beauty school. I also gained invaluable salon experience in both hair and beauty. After venturing out on my own, I found my love for freelance life and I have never looked back!

Furthermore, I continuously learn new skills to keep on top of ever moving trends and new products. Hannah Taylor, Lisa Alger, Kasia Fortuna and Kristina Gasperas are to name a few I have done training with.

What makes me happy outside of work ...

I am a very lucky mummy to two wonderful children and a wife since 2017 to the love of my life. I love going out for days exploring places, especially with my children. I love seeing my friends thrive, and I have always adored watching lots of comedy.

I love a good cup of tea, (medium - no sugar)

On my days off, you will catch me finding little tranquil places that serve lunch with a view to chill with friends. Lately we enjoy the Shearwater lake tearoom near Warminster - so good for a nice walk and a cuppa.

I am nonmaterialistic, a romantic and a deep thinker, which leads me into having a strong interest in psychology, which gives so much insight into this crazy yet wonderful world we are in! I am pro happiness, whether it's mine to have or not, it's wonderful, and I take joy from it all. Kindness is everything. :)

Most importantly, this isn't just my business, it is my dream work that I never take for granted. I care about not only how you look, but how you feel. I want to leave you walking down the Isle, knowing that in years to come your memories of how beautiful you felt as a bride, are feelings that you will cherish forever. ♥
